Ray Eberle learned the intricacies of live production by playing in bands in and around the Shoalhaven in the early 1990s. After graduating from the Audio Education Centre in 1994, Ray applied his skills to push the envelope, which ultimately led to the birth of Fat Sound.
As a musician and sound engineer, the knowledge and skills he gained from assisting with special events soon proved invaluable in the provision of sound and lighting design for any venue.
Fat Sound was founded in 1995 when Ray, the Founding Director, saw the need for the availability of high-quality sound reinforcement equipment at an affordable price.
